On the 20th and 21st October, the first operational meeting of the INTERMODEL project was hosted in Melzo (Milan) and La Spezia.Under WP3, the task 3.1 is focused on the definition of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Results Indicators (KRI), for each type of terminal, which will be used to effectively assess the terminals.
The partners involved in this activity met in order to discuss about key parameters in order to define a first draft list of indicators. Previously, FGC, CENIT and IDP explained the proposed methodology for KPI definition and review about the state of the art of KPI.
